With the market trends focusing in on more and more vintage revivals, it was only a matter of time before it filtered down from high fashion to humble graphic and packaging design. In a push to maintain their market hold General Mills in the states has dusted off its trusty vintage cereal box packaging and re-released it for today’s market. What a pleasant treat for someone like me, who appreciates the aesthetics of mid century graphic design. This project has already been a great win for General Mills with sales of the boxes already booming!
