Whilst meandering around Carla Coulsen’s blog recently I came across a photographer who inspires her own photographic work and was blown away. Steve McCurry is an American photojournalist best known for his image of the green eyed Afghan girl on the cover of National Geographic. Steve has created powerful, soulful images by learning to watch and wait on life. In one of his quotes he states “If you wait people will forget your camera and their soul will drift up into view”.
