Fresco Creative has worked with Kaplan Homes for a number of years. We were initially approached for a flyer design and since then we have fostered a great relationship through a few tweaks to their logo and a full brand refresh, including collateral and website design.
Fresco Creative recently worked with Hansen Investment Group Australia (HIGA) specialists in development planning, project management and construction. Fresco designed a slick high end company profile brochure that reflects the quality of the developments HIGA offers. Paired with a map of Sydney to show where the various builds are located around Sydney. We also designed a brochure for the East Sydney Collection.

Fresco were tasked by Tribeca Homes with the photography of a new housing development in Coomera QLD and surrounding areas, including aerial photography, product and lifestyle shots. The newly designed identity for Arc in Park Ridge was then rolled out onto a multipage brochure following existing brand guidelines and a media buying campaign.
