Projects run smoothly when both the client and the designer are on the same page.To ensure that both parties are on the same page the designer or the account manager need to ask a lot of questions. Asking as many questions as possible is key to delivering a design project that meets expectations. It doesn’t matter what you are working on, be it a logo design re-branding a company, or creating a stunning new packaging design for a new product or a simple and straight forward brochure design. As a graphic designer you need to be 100% clear on the creative direction. Interpretation generally only goes wrong if the creative brief isn’t thorough.
